PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPING TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

Abstract

This article examines the pedagogical and psychological aspects of developing teachers’ professional qualities. It reveals the essence of the concept of “professional quality” and its structural components, and outlines the internal (psychological) and external (pedagogical) factors that support this process. A comparative analysis of scholarly perspectives from the Russian, Western, and Uzbek pedagogical-psychological traditions is carried out, and practical recommendations are proposed on the basis of recent reforms in Uzbekistan’s teacher-training system.
