Abstract

Pre-exam anxiety is one of the most common psychological states experienced by university students during periods of academic assessment. It may significantly influence students’ emotional well-being, cognitive functioning, motivation, concentration, and examination performance. This article examines the manifestation characteristics of pre-exam anxiety among university students and analyzes its psychological, emotional, cognitive, physiological, and behavioral dimensions.
