Abstract

This article discusses the issues of organizing measures to evacuate the population to safe areas in the event of a threat or occurrence of emergency situations. The main goal of evacuation is to protect human life and health, reduce the consequences of an emergency, and ensure the safety of the population. The article considers issues of evacuation planning, informing the population, determining transport and pedestrian routes, organizing temporary accommodation points, medical and material support, and implementing management during the evacuation process.
