Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of using modern pedagogical technologies in teaching the rubab to students of a specialized art school. The rubab occupies a special place among Uzbek national instruments, and teaching it develops in students’ performance skills, national musical thinking, and respect for spiritual values. The article considers the potential of cooperative learning, problem-based learning, a differentiated approach, game-based learning, and information and communication technologies in rubab lessons. It also outlines ways of developing students’ technical skills, preparing them for ensemble performance, and fostering a culture of independent practice.
