Abstract

This article examines corruption as a complex socio-legal, political, moral, and cultural phenomenon that significantly affects systems of social justice and social protection. Corruption is analyzed not merely as a set of criminal acts, but as a deeply rooted social process shaped by moral degradation, institutional weaknesses, organized crime, and socio-cultural traditions. The article also substantiates the crucial role of legal reforms, public oversight, digital governance, moral education, and civic responsibility in combating corruption. It concludes that sustainable anti-corruption progress depends on both institutional mechanisms and the moral transformation of society.
