Abstract

The article examines the development of teachers’ research culture in the context of modern educational system modernization. The significance of research culture in pedagogical activity is substantiated, and its value-based, creative, methodological, theoretical, practical, and innovative components are characterized. The importance of integrating theory and practice in teacher training is emphasized.
