Abstract

This article analyzes the legislative framework for the implementation of youth policy in Uzbekistan from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. The study reveals the essence of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law “On State Youth Policy”, Presidential Decrees and Government Resolutions. Youth of the policy main directions, it done increase mechanisms and institutional system covered. Also, regulatory and legal of documents of the youth right and interests protection to do, their social activity and citizenship position in formation place analysis done.
