Abstract

Emergency situations are events that cause severe disasters to humanity and inflict enormous damage on the ecological environment and the national economy. Long-term observations show that various natural phenomena occur annually in different regions. Therefore, the protection of the population and territories from emergency situations remains one of the most urgent issues of our time.
