Abstract

This scientific article comprehensively analyzes the formation process, theoretical foundations and role of conducting in modern musical culture. The professional qualifications of the conductor, methods of working with the orchestra and issues of musical interpretation are covered on the basis of a scientific approach. The creative and managerial aspects of conducting are also studied, and its role as a creative leader is revealed.
