FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTING DIGITAL INNOVATIONS IN EDUCATION

Digital innovation in higher education is increasingly aligned with competency-based and learner-centered paradigms, particularly in teacher education programs. This article deals with the issues based on analyzing the implementation features of digital innovations within the context of developing independent learning skills among future English teachers in Uzbekistan. According to the report, digital transformation is a systematic process that incorporates institutional policy adaptation, digital infrastructure, and pedagogical reform. Particular focus is placed on digital assessment tools, online collaboration platforms, AI-assisted feedback tools, and learning management systems (LMS) that promote self-regulated learning, autonomy, and reflective practice. The study uses a combined analytical method that combines contextual examination of Uzbek higher education modernization strategies with theoretical synthesis.Downloads
