INTERVIEW IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A LAWYER

Abstract

This article highlights the importance of communication in the professional activity of a lawyer and its main directions. Communication allows a lawyer to establish effective communication with clients, clearly express his position in court and other legal bodies, and prepare legal documents in a clear and complete manner. The article shows the contribution of such skills as speech culture, listening and analysis to professional success, and draws attention to the specific aspects and requirements of the legal communication process. At the same time, it is emphasized that effective communication is an important factor in forming a lawyer’s professional image and resolving complex legal issues.
