Abstract

This article analyzes the role and significance of the family institution in the mechanism of enhancing legal culture within society. The family is examined as the primary site for an individual’s legal socialization and the key element in forming legal consciousness. The article highlights the issues of parents’ legal literacy in fostering a sense of respect for the law and legal responsibility in children.
