https://claritasconference.com/index.php/conf/article/view/97
This article analyzes the pedagogical problems that emerge when innovative technologies are introduced into the educational process and substantiates methods for overcoming them. Innovation is interpreted not as the simple use of digital devices, platforms or multimedia resources, but as a complex transformation of lesson design, teacher-student interaction, assessment, motivation and educational management. The study shows that the main difficulties are connected with insufficient digital-pedagogical competence of teachers, unequal access to infrastructure, methodological fragmentation, weak alignment between technological tools and learning outcomes, information overload, superficial motivation and the risk of replacing deep cognition with external technological attractiveness. The article proposes a system of solutions based on continuous teacher training, didactic planning, blended learning, formative assessment, institutional support, digital ethics and the creation of an innovation-oriented educational culture. The results indicate that technologies become pedagogically effective only when they are integrated with learner-centered instruction, collaboration, critical thinking and reflective feedback. https://claritasconference.com/index.php/conf/article/view/101
This article scientifically analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming and developing primary school students’ humanistic competencies through an anthropocentric approach. The study systematically examines the pedagogical essence, psychological mechanisms, and core content of human-centered education and its pivotal role in the spiritual, moral, and social development of young learners within the modern educational paradigm. Furthermore, the conceptual and scientific views of prominent foreign and local scholars in the fields of humanistic pedagogy and developmental psychology are logically and comparatively analyzed. The research substantiates the pedagogical potential of an anthropocentric environment in fostering comprehensive personality development. Finally, the article provides a structured scientific and methodological basis for the specific mechanisms required to cultivate essential humanistic qualities - such as empathy, tolerance, social cooperation, communicative culture, moral responsibility, and reflective thinking - at the primary education stage, aligning them directly with the core framework of the dissertation research. 2026-05-302026-05-3054148ORAL TRANSMISSION AND THE ROLE OF THE USTAD-SHOGIRD TRADITION IN SHAPING UZBEK VOCAL ART
https://claritasconference.com/index.php/conf/article/view/104
The art of Uzbek national vocal music, particularly its classical and folk- classical expressions such as Shashmaqom, Katta Ashula, and regional maqom traditions, has for centuries been preserved and transmitted through an exclusively oral pedagogical system known as the ustad-shogird (master-disciple) tradition. Unlike notation-dependent musical cultures, Uzbek vocal art places paramount importance on direct, unmediated human interaction, where the nuances of microtonal ornamentation (bezhek, ta’rif), rhythmic cycles (usul), and poetic expression are transferred from master to student through imitation, repetition, and spiritual mentorship. This article examines the historical and epistemological foundations of the ustad-shogird system, its specific pedagogical techniques, the nature of the knowledge transmitted, and the challenges this tradition faces in the era of conservatory education and digital reproduction. By analyzing the role of memory, embodiment, and ethical formation in the master-student relationship, this article argues that oral transmission is not merely a pragmatic method of teaching songs but constitutes the very core of Uzbek vocal aesthetics, shaping how singers produce timbre, phrase poetry, and inhabit the maqom’s modal space. Furthermore, the article explores contemporary efforts to integrate oral tradition with modern pedagogical institutions, concluding that the survival of authentic Uzbek vocal art depends on preserving the interpersonal, mimetic, and long-term commitment characteristic of the classical ustad-shogird model. 2026-05-302026-05-3054954ANALYSIS OF THE PRINCIPLES OF PEACE IN THE POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY OF NICCOLO MACHIAVELLI
https://claritasconference.com/index.php/conf/article/view/105
This article presents the author’s original conceptual approach through an analysis and critique of the political philosophy in The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli. The essence and underlying foundations of Machiavelli’s advice and recommendations to rulers are examined, while certain principles that do not align with the ideals of humanism and peace are critically challenged. In their place, alternative forms of political wisdom are proposed in the form of reflections, analyses, conclusions, and general principles. Furthermore, the article presents concise conclusions regarding the nature of the ruler, his policies, the governing principles he relies on, the qualities and types of rulers, and the concept of a “state of peace” as a new paradigm in political philosophy. Within this framework, morality is established as the defining criterion of essence, as the fundamental principle underlying all other principles. Dilshod Baxshilloyevich Sharipov

2026-05-302026-05-3055557PHILOSOPHICAL FOUNDATIONS OF SOUND PRODUCTION IN CLASSICAL UZBEK VOCAL THEORY
https://claritasconference.com/index.php/conf/article/view/106
This article explores the philosophical underpinnings of sound production in classical Uzbek vocal theory, as preserved in the maqom tradition and its associated treatises. Moving beyond Western pedagogical frameworks that prioritize anatomical mechanics, the study reveals an integrated worldview in which vocal sound production is understood through the lenses of Sufi cosmology, Neoplatonic harmony, Galenic medicine, and Islamic ethics. Central concepts examined include “insan-i kamil” (the perfect human being) as the ideal singer, “nafas” as divine breath, “tasir” as the ethical and therapeutic effect of sound on the listener, “ittidal” as cosmic moderation applied to vocal balance, and the status of the human voice as “sawt-i mukhalaq” - created sound that manifests divine speech. The article argues that for the classical Uzbek xonanda, sound production is never a merely physical act but a spiritual discipline, a cosmic alignment, and an ethical responsibility. The philosophical foundations discussed offer a corrective to purely technical approaches to vocal pedagogy and reveal the depth of Central Asian musical thought. T.Khaydarov
